We did not want to add another generic supplement to the store. There is no shortage of jars on the market, and most of them exist because they were easy to buy, not because they were worth selling.

The Science Behind The Resin
Shilajit naturally contains fulvic compounds along with other naturally occurring bioactive compounds and trace minerals. Those compounds are the reason it has been studied at all, and the reason purity matters so much: a resin is only as good as the material it was collected and purified from.
Human research on purified Shilajit is still limited. The studies that do exist have looked at areas including physical vitality, fatigue and testosterone levels in specific groups of participants, usually over a number of weeks and at specific doses. That work is genuinely interesting — and it is also early, which is the honest way to describe it.
So we will not pretend the literature says more than it does. Shilajit is a dietary supplement, not a pharmaceutical. It has not been shown to treat, cure or prevent any condition, individual responses differ, and nothing about it replaces training, sleep, nutrition or medical advice.
